Strategic Solutions Unlimited, Inc. ("SSU"), a leading provider of intelligence training and analysis, completed its sale to CENTRA Technology, Inc. (“CENTRA”) on March 15, 2011. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ERG Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to SSU and its shareholders in this transaction.  

 

SSU provides intelligence services and solutions to the special operations community, other Department of Defense customers and the intelligence community. SSU trains its customers in intelligence collection, analysis, exploitation and processes. SSU also directly supports various special mission and sensitive units with HUMINT, Counterintelligence and imagery/full-motion video analysis. 

SSU’s expertise in supporting the intelligence capabilities of the special operations community is based on its unique understanding of its customers’ mission and requirements drawn from the senior management team’s substantial experience in key special operations, special mission unit and military intelligence positions.

Commenting on the transaction, Robert Grenier, the Chairman of ERG Partners and former
