Managing Director
Arpad is a Managing Director and co-founder of ERG Partners. Previously, Arpad was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking and Corporate Finance unit in London, where he was responsible for client coverage and M&A execution in the emerging markets group.
Previously, Arpad worked at Creditanstalt Investment Bank in Budapest, the Institute for East West Studies in New York, and at the Secretary General's Office of the European Free Trade Association in Geneva dealing with third country relationships.
Arpad is also an award-winning photographer, the President of the American Hungarian Library and Historical Society in New York, and a Board member of several non-profit organizations and charities.
Arpad holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Magister degree (M.A. equivalent) in Political Science and International Law from the University of Vienna.
Managing Director
Tapio is a Managing Director and co-founder of ERG Partners and has considerable experience in advising boards and shareholders of companies worldwide. Prior to co-founding ERG Partners, Tapio was a partner and head of the London office of Stratos Ventures, a technology-focused venture capital fund, and a Director and Partner of Evli Corporate Finance, where he advised technology and media companies on capital raising and M&A.
Prior to that, Tapio was at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson corporate finance department in London, where he focused on origination and execution of M&A and equity capital markets assignments in Scandinavia, Benelux countries, and the United Kingdom.
Tapio served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of FRF Risk Management, a global security and risk management company, and has been a board member of various non-profit organizations.
Tapio graduated from Helsinki University, Finland, and has a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
